Your privacy is very important to us. The information you provide us will be used only to communicate with you and to send you promotional information. We respect your privacy. We will not send your information to third parties, and we treat all your information with care. All information given, will be kept safe.

ORDER INFORMATION

We will confirm your order by email and update you when it has been sent.
We accept the following payment methods from all UK residents over the age of 18.
Credit/ Debit cards- Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Delta, via Paypal.
All prices stated on the Website are in British pounds, Sterling and include VAT.

UK DELIVERY

Our postal charge is free for UK delivery. We endevour to get your parcel to you within 2-5 Working days. This means your parcel must be signed for at the address given and will be delivered between 8am- 6pm. Please state if you need your order sooner than 2-5 Working days and we will do what we can to make sure it gets to you on time.

Please also make sure your parcel arrives undamaged before signing for it.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We do not currently offer international delivery but may do in the future, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you will be pleased with your Vienna Clothing order but If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your order to us, in its original condition (including all packaging and your returns form) within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange to the following address –Vienna Clothing,  7 Gammon Walk, Barnstaple, Devon, UK, EX31 1DJ

We do recommend you use recorded post to ensure proof of postage in the event the parcel does not get to us. We cannot except responsibility for lost items you have sent us, so please keep your postage receipt as proof. Your money will be refunded within 20 working days by the payment method originally used.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

We will try and make our products as close to the image you see on screen so you know what you are buying.

We ask you follow the care instructions for your garments to ensure long life care, this can often mean washing it inside out at 30 degrees.

COPYRIGHT

We do not allow you to download our images from the site and we reserve all copyright and Intellectual rights to the Brand name, marks and designs related to the brand.
